Man brandishes replica firearm at driver, passenger
Sept. 4
Overnight in the 1700 block of South Bascom Avenue: Someone broke the window to a business.
10:15 a.m. in the 90 block of West Campbell Avenue: A transient man, 42, was called in as being suspicious on the property. He was found to be under the influence and in possession of a glass pipe and meth.
3:53 p.m. in the 1500 block of South Winchester Boulevard: A man, 39, was dancing naked in the parking lot of a business and was found to be under the influence.
4 p.m. at South Bascom Avenue and Campisi Way: A driver, 29, collided with a fire hydrant and was found to be DUI on Nitroxide and cocaine.
3:45 a.m. in the 00 block of East Sunnyoaks Avenue: Someone took the rims and tires off a Camaro parked in the parking lot.
5:13 p.m. in the 100 block of Budd Avenue: A woman, 50, collided with two parked cars and was found to be DUI. She had her 11-year-old daughter in the car with her at the time of the collision.
9:26 p.m. at White Oaks Road and Browning Avenue: A woman, 36, was found passed out in her vehicle. It was determined that she drove intoxicated with her 14-year-old and boyfriend in the car.
12:32 a.m. in the 300 block of Union Avenue: A man, 27, struck several parked vehicles in an apartment complex, fled the complex and collided with a sign, where he was contacted by officers. He was found to be DUI and was arrested.
12:42 a.m. in the 100 block of Rose Court: A man, 20, was getting dropped off. His driver accidentally pulled into the wrong address, and a man, 52, confronted them, brandished a replica firearm and demanded they leave. The older man was arrested.

6:51 p.m. in the 500 block of East Hamilton Avenue : Someone entered a business and stole clothes.
8:42 p.m. in the 160 block of West Campbell Avenue: A man, 34, was reportedly shoplifting and was in possession of methamphetamine. He also lied about his identity and was booked.
p.m. in the 90 block of West Hamilton Avenue: Someone stole a set of keys that were forgotten on the counter.
3:02 a.m. in the 400 block of East McGlincy Lane: A woman, 55, prowled onto a business and stole utilities.
Sept. 6
Noon in the 1700 block of South Bascom Avenue: Someone sent a pharmacy a fraudulent prescription.
Overnight in the 200 block of East Hamilton Avenue: A gray 2014 Toyota Prius was stolen.
6:56 p.m. in the 500 block of East Hamilton Avenue: Three suspects entered Kohl’s and attempted to purchase over $1,000 by opening a credit account using the victim’s credit. Two suspects were in possession of multiple people’s personal ID information. All suspects were in possession of burglary tools, methamphetamine and a methamphetamine pipe. Two stolen license plates were located in the suspects’ vehicle in the parking lot, as well as additional personal ID information and contraband.
8:09 p.m. in the 1500 block of West Campbell Avenue: Two suspects entered a business and stole food items.
2:30 a.m. in the 400 block of North Milton Avenue: Two suspects were observed forcing entry into a Ford F150 via window smash and stealing items.
Sept. 7
Overnight in the 500 block of Westchester Boulevard: A white Ford Econoline was stolen.
7:52 a.m. in the 100 block of Catalpa Lane: Someone stole the a gray 2006 GMC 2500HD and left a stolen GMC Yukon. The Yukon’s owner responded to the scene and took custody of the vehicle.
11:28 a.m. at North First Street and East Campbell Avenue: A man, 53, was seen across the street from a business in violation of a served court order.
Overnight in the 900 block of Sonuca Avenue: A black 2012 Infiniti G37XSouth was stolen.
2:35 p.m. in the 100 block of North San Tomas Aquino Road: A man, 65, was causing a disturbance in a store and as found to be too intoxicated to care for himself.
8 a.m. in the 1300 block of Parsons Avenue: Someone accessed the victim’s accounts and took money.
5 p.m. in the 1800 block of South Bascom Avenue: A red BMX 20-inch Cammo was stolen.
6:51 p.m. at Civic Center Drive and Harrison: A man, 42, was seen injecting narcotics while sitting at a bus stop and was found to be under the combined influence of a stimulant and an opiate. He had an outstanding felony and multiple misdemeanor warrants and was in possession of fentanyl, methamphetamine and Xanax.
3 p.m. in the 1800 block of South Bascom Avenue: Someone stole a purse and used the victim’s credit card.
2:53 a.m. at West Sunnyoaks Avenue and South Winchester Boulevard: A man, 68, was stopped for a vehicle code violation and found to be under the influence of a controlled substance and DUI. He was in possession of methamphetamine and methamphetamine pipes.
Sept. 8
Overnight in the 100 block of Dillon Avenue: Someone forced entry into a business and stole nothing.
10:12 a.m. in the 900 block of West Hamilton Avenue: A 31-year-old stole items and was found to be a under the influence of a depressant.
12:41 p.m. in the 300 block of Kuehnis Drive: A 23-year-old was getting violent with the victim and was under the influence of a stimulant and in possession of drug paraphernalia.
1:17 p.m. in the 100 block of East Hamilton Avenue: A man, 53, was seen running in and out of traffic and was found to be too intoxicated to care for himself. He had a concealed 6-inch fixed blade on him, and while at jail, he disclosed he had hidden methamphetamine in his private area.
4:04 p.m. in the 1800 block of South Bascom Avenue: A man, 46, was involved in a vehicle collision and found to be under the influence of alcohol while driving.
6:09 p.m. in the 1800 block of South Bascom Avenue: An woman slapped the victim with his cellphone. The victim provided a video of the incident.
6:01 p.m. in the 1300 block of Dell Avenue: A woman, 37, was passed out on the creek trail. She was found to be too intoxicated to care for herself.
Overnight in the 00 block of Jeffers Way: Someone broke into a mailbox and stole mail.
1900 West Campbell Avenue and San Tomas Aquino Road: After a road rage incident resulted in a collision, an argument began and a man, 47, sprayed the victim in the face with pepper spray and fled the scene. He was later contacted and admitted to the incident.
12:24 a.m. in the 3500 block of South Bascom Avenue: A man, 46, was contacted after medical staff at the hospital reported suspicious neck injuries to his 7-year-old son, who was brought into the emergency room by his mother after the man grabbed his neck and bent his head down.
11 p.m. in the 1400 block of Camden Avenue: A woman, 44, was causing a disturbance and had an outstanding warrant for domestic battery.
2:37 a.m. in the 2300 block of South Winchester Boulevard: Someone entered the store and stole an item. A bystander and a store employee attempted to stop the suspect, who punched the bystander several times, causing a laceration to his head.
12:12 a.m. in the 800 block of South San Tomas Aquino Road: During an argument, the suspect cut the victim’s headphones and broke the bedroom window in violation of a served peaceful contact order. The suspect fled the scene prior to officers’ arrival.
11:35 p.m. in the 1500 block of McCoy Avenue: A man, 24, was contacted after his vehicle collided with a mailbox and was found to be DUI.
Sept. 9
11:24 a.m. in the 900 block of East Hamilton Avenue: A man, 44, was shaving his head using the building windows as a mirror. He was found to be a under the influence of a stimulant.
4:15 p.m. in the 900 block of West Latimer Avenue: A woman was reported as an unwanted person at her family’s residence. She was under the influence of a stimulant and refused to let go of a shopping cart she was holding. She resisted arrest and was transported to VMC via ambulance.
6:50 p.m. in the 1700 block of South Bascom Avenue: Three women entered a store and stole over $1,000 worth of perfume.
2:46 a.m. in the 1700 block of Bucknall Road: Someone entered two unlocked vehicles and stole items.
2:16 a.m. at East Campbell Avenue and Civic Center Drive: A man, 30, was stopped for a vehicle code violation and was found to be DUI.
3:11 a.m. at East Campbell and Union avenues: A woman, 39, was stopped for a vehicle code violation and was found to be DUI.
5:10 a.m. in the 600 block of Division Street: A woman reported that a man was on her roof. He admitted to methamphetamine use and was found to be under the influence of a stimulant.

300 block of Budd Avenue: Someone dismantled a bench in the playground area.
Overnight in the 1200 block of Patio Ct.: The catalytic converter was stolen off a Prius.
Overnight in the 400 block of Dover Way: The license plate and a tire were stolen from a 1987 Cadillac.
3 p.m. in the 1700 block of South Bascom Avenue: Someone shoplifted over $1,000 worth of merchandise and fled.
7:32 p.m. in the 800 block of East Hamilton Avenue: Someone started a fire in a dumpster. A similar fire was started two hours prior.
