Man follows phlebotomist into secured Campbell PD parking lot

Overnight in the 1400 block of Cronwell Drive: The catalytic converter was stolen off a Toyota Prius.
1:03 a.m. at Bascom Avenue and Dry Creek Road: A man failed to yield to officers. He was finally stopped in Belmont, where he was arrested. He had indications of alcohol intoxication and complained of chest pain.
5 p.m. in the 900 block of East Hamilton Avenue: Someone spit and chest-bumped the victim during an argument.
4 p.m. in the 800 block of West Hamilton Avenue: Two suspects were drinking by the side of the building and were found to be too intoxicated to care for themselves.
Oct. 17
Overnight in the 1600 block of Manton Court: Someone entered the victim’s car and rummaged through it.
8:17 p.m. in the 700 block of Nido Drive: The victim was speaking with her neighbor on the phone. An unidentified male in the background threatened the victim by saying, “She’s dead.”
11:55 p.m. at Hamilton Avenue and Marathon Drive: A 20-year-old was stopped for a traffic violation. They had an outstanding warrant and were arrested. They were also in possession of cocaine.
12:59 a.m. at Campbell Avenue and Winchester Boulevard: A man, 21, was stopped for a traffic violation and was found to be DUI.

Overnight in the 400 block of Shamrock Drive: A white Chevrolet Silverado work truck was stolen.
Overnight in the 300 block of Nottingham Way: Someone made entry into an unsecured vehicle and stole items.
10:50 a.m. at Camden and Curtner avenues: A man, 45, was stopped for a vehicle code violation and determined to have a misdemeanor warrant.
12:36 p.m. in the 700 block of Sharmon Palms Lane: During an argument, a man, 40, grabbed a woman, 31, causing bruising.
5:02 p.m. in the 1700 block of South Bascom Avenue: Someone entered the store and stole merchandise.

Overnight in the 300 block of Esther Avenue: Someone broke into a vehicle and stole items.
10:25 a.m. in the 1800 block of South Bascom Avenue: A black and gold Cannondale Bicycle was stolen.
7:30 p.m. at South Winchester Boulevard and Camden Avenue: A man, 34, was stopped for a vehicle code violation and was found to be DUI.
12:41 a.m. at South Bascom and East Hamilton avenues: A man, 22, was stopped for a vehicle code violation and was found to be DUI.
2:15 a.m. at Camden and Curtner avenues: A woman, 62, was stopped for a vehicle code violation and was in possession of methamphetamine, a methamphetamine pipe, ketamine, and Xanax. She was driving with a suspended license and was found to be under the influence of a controlled substance.
3:48 a.m. at 1589 South Bascom Avenue: (S) Blancas Moreno, 46 was stopped for a vehicle code violation at a Chevron station and was in possession of methamphetamine.
Oct. 20
6:55 a.m. at East Hamilton Avenue and Highway 17: A driver, 37, was under the influence of a stimulant and in possession of methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia, stolen mail and credit cards, one of which they used to make a purchase. The passenger was under the influence of a stimulant and in possession of stolen mail.
2 a.m. in the 1600 block of South Bascom Avenue: Two suspects made entry through a window on the second floor and stole items.
12:57 p.m. in the 1600 block of South Winchester Boulevard: Someone stole merchandise from a store, and the business desired prosecution.
12:57 p.m. in the 900 block of West Hamilton Avenue: Someone made entry into a vehicle and stole items.
2:50 p.m. in the 1600 block of South Winchester Boulevard: Someone stole merchandise from a store, and the business desired prosecution.
7:23 p.m. at Budd Avenue and California Street: A driver collided with a parked vehicle, displayed objective symptoms of being under the influence of a controlled substance and was in possession of drug paraphernalia. The driver was found to be DUI and was arrested.
10:56 p.m. in the 1400 block of South Bascom Avenue: An officer located a black Honda Accord that had been reported stolen out of San Jose earlier in the day.
11:31 p.m. at Camden and Union avenues: A man, 35, was stopped for vehicle code violations. He was found to be DUI and was arrested.
11:43 p.m. at East Hamilton and Salmar avenues: A driver, 26, collided with the center median. He was able to drive his vehicle to a parking lot, where he and his passenger, 21, were contacted. The driver was found to be DUI, and the passenger had an outstanding warrant out of Santa Cruz County for DUI.
1:44 a.m. at 70 N. First St.: A man, 25, walked into the secured parking lot of the Campbell Police Department by following a phlebotomist who had arrived for a separate investigation. He was found to be too intoxicated to care for himself and was placed under arrest.
Oct. 21
6:08 p.m. in the 2000 block of South Winchester Boulevard: A man, 37, was reported throwing rocks at cars. He was found to be under the influence of a controlled substance.
6:29 p.m. in the 900 block of West Hamilton Avenue: The suspect, 31, was causing a disturbance outside a business and had outstanding warrants. A man, 56, was contacted after the incident and was in possession of methamphetamine and a methamphetamine pipe.
6:30 p.m. 900 block of West Hamilton Avenue: The suspect met the victim in the parking lot of a business to sell a motor. The suspect defrauded the victim out of $130 then fled the scene in a 2005 Chrysler 300.
7:23 p.m. in the 1200 block of Dell Avenue: Someone threw a ball, hitting the victim in the head. The victim desired prosecution.
7 p.m. in the 1700 block of Grace Avenue: Someone entered an unlocked vehicle and stole a Smith and Wesson 9mm handgun and range bag containing ammunition. The gun was not secured in any lockbox.
9:07 p.m. in the 300 block of Orchard City Drive: During an argument, the suspect pulled the victim out of his car by force. The suspect was seen fleeing and evaded marked patrol vehicles attempting to conduct an enforcement stop. The suspect eventually stopped and was found to be DUI.
2 a.m. at East Hamilton and Central avenues: A woman, 23, was stopped for a vehicle code violation and found to be DUI. The passenger, 28, was too intoxicated to care for himself.
Oct. 22
8:10 a.m. in the 100 block of Echo Avenue: A man, spit on the protected party in a peaceful contact order during an argument.
7:30 a.m. in the 1200 block of Robway Avenue: Someone broke the sideview mirrors and rear wiper blade on a vehicle.
5:35 p.m. in the 1800 block of South Bascom Avenue: Someone grabbed a wallet from a purse that was in a shopping cart.
1:58 a.m. in the 1200 block of Erin Way: Officers located a red 1997 Ford Ranger that was previously reported stolen out of San Jose.
