RSPCA say they won't put down XL Bullys in their care until judges rule on restrictions

It’s now illegal to sell, rehome, abandon or allow XL Bullies to go stray in England and Wales. They must also be muzzled and kept on a lead in public - from February 1 it will be illegal to own one unless registered exempt
