There is a heavy security presence at the Federal Capital Territory High Court on Monday, June 6, during the judgment of the Kogi election tribunal.
Justice Halima Mohammed is expected to give judgement on the Kogi election tribunal filed by James Falake against Yahaya Bello.

Falake in an application is contesting the appointment of Bello as replacement for All Progressives Congress (APC) party gubernatorial candidate, Abubakar Audu.
At the court premises, scores of police officers were seen manning the environment.
Also, there was serious security screening followings the inflow of many Kogi indigenes who came to the court in solidarity for either party.
However on getting to the third floor of the court were the ruling was taking place journalists who approached the courtroom were barred by security operatives from gaining entrance.
Police officers who were a little away from the courtroom door said the order was given by the judge, Halima Mohammed.
Although, the police officers declined further comment on the order, NAIJ.com gathered that the order was given following an expectation of the crowd within the court premises.
