Justice Adeniyi Ademola and Nnamdi Dimgba, both of the Federal High Court, Abuja, have resumed sitting, according to a report by Premium Times.
The homes of the two judges were among those raided by security operatives recently over allegation that they corruptly enriched themselves.

The National Judicial Council (NJC) has criticised the raiding of the homes of the judges arguing that the operatives of the Department of State Services (DSS) went beyond its powers.

On Monday, October 17, the judges presided over some cases slated before their courts.
Ademola was one of those arrested but he claimed that a statement was obtained from him at gunpoint.
Reports claimed that Ademola had lied to the security operatives who stormed his house that he was not around. He was said to have been given away by the location of his phone.

Justice Ademola later alleged that he was only a victim because of Asiwaju Bola Tinubu and Sambo Dasuki, former national security adviser.
