Sunday morning will be very cold again, with morning lows in the single digits. Afternoon readings will push a little past 20 degrees.
On Monday, the fair-weather system will slide off the Mid-Atlantic Coast, bringing a milder southwesterly flow of air, followed by waves of moisture from the Gulf of Mexico. Rain will develop late Monday, beginning as a period of freezing rain at the onset over northern and eastern Ohio.
A steady stream of mild, more moist air will result in off and on rain through midweek and temperatures in the 40s and low 50s.
