Franklinton shooting leaves one in critical condition Sunday morning

COLUMBUS, Ohio (WCMH) -- One person was transported to a local hospital in critical condition after a shooting Sunday morning in Franklinton.

Columbus dispatchers said police responded to Stevens Avenue around 7:35 a.m. on reports of a shooting. Dispatchers said upon arrival, they found one person suffering from a gunshot wound. They were transported to a nearby hospital in critical condition.

Police said the investigation is still underway, but one suspect is in custody.
