PUERTO PRINCESA CITY—A lawyer was shot and killed by an unidentified gunman in this Palawan capital just as he and his family returned home from a prayer meeting on Wednesday night. Police said lawyer Joshua Lavega Abrina was unloading their belongings outside their house in Barangay San Jose around 8:15 p.m. when he was attacked.
