Bronx Assemblywoman’s resignation leaves Dems with razor-thin majority to pass congressional maps

Bronx Assemblywoman Latoya Joyner announced Thursday she’d step down next week, leaving the chamber with 101 of the 100 Democrats needed to pass redistricting maps on their own.
