Mayor Adams eyes NYC property tax breaks as co-ops, condos face crunch from ‘green’ mandate

Mayor Eric Adams says he would consider providing property tax relief co-op and condo owners as they face having  to pay for mandated “green’’ building upgrades or fines beginning next year.
