Boy, 7, miraculously left nearly unscathed after falling 3 floors from NYC building: cops

The youngster was playing on the 12th floor of the building on East 131st Street near the Harlem River Drive just before 11 a.m. when he suddenly plummeted, landing on the ninth floor balcony.
