Blonde crooks in mini dresses steal bag, try to buy food with stolen card: cops

The two women allegedly grabbed the 18-year-old victim's bag around 2:30 a.m. on Feb. 17 in Times Square before making their way downtown to the fast food joint, according to authorities.
