NYers sound off on $15 congestion pricing as MTA opens public hearings: ‘Don’t make a lot of money as it is’

The MTA will open up the floor to Big Apple drivers and commuters so they can weigh in on the proposed congestion pricing rates at the first of four hearings to be held in the coming weeks.
