‘Drunk’ school bus driver flips bus with kids inside, then berates troopers there to rescue them: cops

Jeffrey Brannon, 54, a bus driver for the Calhoun County schools in West Virginia, is being held on a $250,000 bond after he flipped a school bus while allegedly drunk, state troopers said Monday.
