Husband of ‘2 Fast 2 Furious’ star Devon Aoki charged with hit-and-run after striking Florida scooter rider

James Bailey, 40, is accused of hitting the scooter rider in a Coral Gables crosswalk Monday — leaving the unidentified victim with "serious injuries" that included two foot fractures.
