Long Island kid stops burglar, leaps from window in ‘Home Alone’-style heroics: cops

A clever 12-year-old boy stopped a homeless burglar who broke into his home Tuesday — after the child leapt out of his bedroom window, hid in his yard and called the cops, police said.
