Video appears to show hysterical, blood-covered wife of Renee Nicole Good, woman killed by ICE, crying out ‘it’s my fault’

The woman was filmed distraught and sobbing just steps from the wrecked car in Minneapolis Wednesday morning, as a neighbor who heard the commotion asked her what happened.
