Venezuela’s information minister blames nationwide blackout on ‘electromagnetic attack’

Massive blackouts across 18 Venezuelan states were caused by an “electromagnetic attack,” the government of President Nicholas Maduro said, stressing that authorities are working to bring back power as soon as possible.
