Selling Sunset: Christine Quinn & Emma Hernan's Ex Is Causing Them Drama
With the release of the Selling Sunset season 4 trailer, the cast revealed that Christine Quinn and Emma Hernan both dated the same man. Since season 3, the cast has had a number of scandals, all of which have been related to Christine, the most notorious agent at The Oppenheim Group. Full of anger and new alliances, Selling Sunset promises increasing drama and plenty of fallout surrounding Christine.
Still covering the hurt feelings between Chrishell and Christine and Mary Fitzgerald's outspoken stance against office bullies, the season 4 trailer teases drama both old and new. With new cast members like Emma Hernan showing up this season, the office dynamics are bound to be different, the drama still seems to swirl around Christine. While Christine once ruled the office and was seen as one of the most esteemed agents at the office, Netflix's new Selling Sunset trailer seems to say otherwise.
Per Distractify, Christine and Emma have more to squabble about than just their dominance in the office as both agents having previously dated the same man. From her appearance in the trailer for season 4, Christine appears threatened by Emma, the newest blonde to be welcomed on the team. Seemingly unwarranted, fans were given insight into their feud, specifically the fact that Emma "was with Christine's ex," and Christine claimed Emma was "engaged" to him. Without specificity on who this man is, tensions have risen as they compete both in and out of the office. With rumors of Christine losing her "desk" to Emma at The Oppenheim Group, the two certainly have drama to work through in season 4.
Once ruling over Selling Sunset, Christine has seemingly met her match. Or her new punching bag. Despite Christine's recent marriage, she still appears wrapped up in the drama over this mutual ex. Unable to let go of the past, Christine fails to move on, focusing on past hurts. Once claiming to accept the new agents at the office, Christine has quickly turned on her co-workers, choosing to spend her time on petty arguments, rather than real estate. Since season 1, Christine has constantly chosen to defend her own questionable actions, rather than bond with her co-stars, leading to her being ostracized as the series begins season 4. Cruel and often unapologetic about her behavior, many of the stars of the series have opened up about their dislike of Christine, including Emma, who wants to keep "Christine out of mind."
With the office adding new agents and the series expanding to Orange County, Selling Sunset has a number of changes in store for fans of the series. Just as enjoyable and chaotic as ever, season 4 promises to unpack the tension and animosity between Christine and Emma, as well as the aftermath of Christine's exclusion from the rest of the office. With a number of heated arguments seen in the trailer, audiences will not be disappointed when the show returns.
Selling Sunset season 4 premieres Nov. 24 on Netflix.
