The runner-up in Central African Republic's presidential election rejects the provisional results, alleging widespread fraud. Anicet Georges Dologuélé claims the National Elections Authority manipulated data from Sunday's election. He says more than half of the results were ignored, but offers no evidence. Provisional results show President Faustin Archange Touadera won 76.1% of the votes. A spokesperson for Touadera denies the manipulation claims. Final results are expected on January 20. The major opposition coalition boycotted the vote. Tensions have grown between Touadéra and Russia, despite his admiration for President Vladimir Putin.
