Officials say severe storms moving through Oklahoma kicked up high winds and two possible tornadoes. Damage was reported to some buildings and trees and power lines were downed, but there were no immediate reports of any major injuries or deaths. A National Weather Service meteorologist says crews were out on Thursday to confirm whether damage in two areas outside of Oklahoma City — Purcell and Shawnee — was caused by tornadoes. Wind gusts up to 65 mph were reported in the Oklahoma City area, and officials said a semitrailer truck on Interstate 35 was blown over in the storm.
