A military hunt is underway in Uganda opposition leader Bobi Wine, whom the country's army chief is calling a wanted fugitive. Gen. Muhoozi Kainerugaba, who is the Ugandan president’s son and presumptive heir, has described Wine as a coward. Wine, whose real name is Kyagulanyi Ssentamu, has called for peaceful protests. He says he fled his home after the Jan. 15 presidential election to escape an alleged plot to harm him. Wine, has rejected the official results, according to which President Yoweri Museveni won a seventh term with 71.6% of the vote. He says his ability to evade the army shows that the government is not as strong as it appears.
