French prosecutors have searched the offices of Elon Musk's social media platform X. This is part of an investigation into alleged offenses, including spreading child pornography and deepfakes. The investigation began in January last year. Prosecutors are examining alleged complicity in possession and spreading of pornographic images of minors, among other charges. They have requested voluntary interviews with Elon Musk and CEO Linda Yaccarino for April 20. Employees are also being summoned as witnesses. Europol is supporting the investigation. The case expanded after X’s AI chatbot Grok allegedly denied the Holocaust, which is a crime in France.
