New Photos Show That Bianca Censori May Be Following One of Kim K’s Reported Parenting Rules

Kanye West‘s wife Bianca Censori may be known for her naked looks, but Kim Kardashian‘s rules may have changed that, at least when Censori is around Kim and West’s kiddos.

In photos obtained by Page Six, we can see Censori with her stepkids, and instead of her usual stripped-down looks, she’s almost completely covered in a long-sleeved black top, black capri pants, and some kitten heels. So, she’s done a fashion 180 around her stepkids, and many think it has to do with the rules Kim set.

In case you missed it, insiders told InTouch Weekly earlier this year that Kardashian has quite a few rules for Censori, including: “Number one being no nudity in front of them.”

Along with that, back in Jan 2023, per The U.S. Sun, she had a meeting with Censori to “establish ground rules,” like “guides on care, food, electronics, and naps.” They added, “Kim instructed Kanye to never let Bianca dress like that around their kids.”

For those who don’t know, West and Censori started dating in Nov 2022, and allegedly tied the knot two months later. Since then, they’ve made headlines for Censori’s shocking, naked outfits (including at the 2025 Grammys!) West and his ex-wife Kardashian share four children together, of whom Censori is the stepmother. Their children’s names are North, born in June 2013, Saint, born in Dec 2015, Chicago, born in Jan 2018, and Psalm, born in May 2019.
