Farrah Abraham’s Daughter Sophia Makes Headlines for Another Major Body Modification at 16
Farrah Abraham is letting her daughter become a fully-fledged goth princess. While many were up in arms over her daughter’s vibrant hair transformation and gothic makeup, many were shocked by Sophia’s bat tattoo on her stomach. And now, Abraham’s daughter just went through another body modification at 16 years old.
In case you missed it, on Oct 17, Sophia shared a video documenting the process. She shared the video on Instagram with the caption reading, “Finally got permanent fangz ????????♀️ Thank you @dr.tomlawler @vegassmilesuite #vampirefangs #fangs #vampire #dentist #trending #goth #alt #reels #tiktok #sophiaabraham #farrahabraham #16 #mtv #gothic #bodymod #fypage #instagram #trends #funny.”
In the video, we see both Sophia and Farrah lip-syncing in the studio, followed by Sophia showing off her permanent vampire fangs!
So, permanent fangs are a type of veneer, which means the natural teeth have to be ground down before applying a special kind of dental cement.
Now, here’s the thing: getting a tattoo at 16 is uncommon, but with parents’ permission, and in certain states, it can be a legal practice. However, getting the permanent fangs is much less common. Typically, the practice is for individuals over 18 years old, but some dentists may perform it on older teenagers after consultation, as per SouthPointe Family Dental.
For those who don’t know, Abraham welcomed a daughter named Sophia Laurent Abraham on Feb 23, 2009 while filming the MTV show, 16 and Pregnant. Sophia’s father, Derek Underwood, died in a fatal car wreck during filming on December 28, 2008.
While speaking with E! Online, Farrah said, “I’m extremely proud of my daughter.” (We always love to hear that!)
