Priyanka Chopra’s Daughter Malti’s Adorable Reaction to a Snow Day Will Melt Your Heart

Is there anything more magical than a snow day? This beautiful winter experience doesn’t often happen near Priyanka Chopra Jonas and Nick Jonas’s California home, so it was even more special for their 3-year-old daughter Malti Marie when it started snowing during a visit to New York.

“Proof that sometimes happiness falls from the sky. ❄️????????” the Citadel actress wrote on Instagram recently. In her post, Chopra Jonas shared her toddler’s adorable reaction to snow that will give you all the warm in fuzzies!

In one slide, Malti is all bundled up in a white puffer coat with an extra warm hat, tights, and boots. She walks hand in hand with her mom as snow falls heavily all around them. At one point, the proud mom gives her daughter a twirl, and later, Malti breaks out into a run while holding her mom’s hand. The pure joy is contagious!

Malti sits on a porch step with both hands up toward the sky in another post. Her hands are covered in light pink mittens as she gazes up, hoping to catch some stray snowflakes in her palms. In a different video, Malti looks amazed as she makes footprints in the snow, walking backwards to see the steps then jumping up and down in glee.

Slide 7 is also such a mood. In this one, it’s not snowing, but Malti is clearly still cold. She’s all wrapped up in a warm blanket like a little burrito as she sits next to a fireplace to warm up. What could be better?

“Truly the simple things. ????❤️ Y’all so cute,” one person commented. Another wrote, “It’s Malti’s small foot print for me. ????”

“I can’t!!! Malti playing with her footprints in the snow ????????” someone else said.

Even though Malti is a California girl, this isn’t her first time seeing snow. Back when she was just 1, her parents took her Aspen, Colorado, to admire the snow. She was all bundled up like a little snow bunny as she looked at the expansive white hills around her. Of course, now that she’s older, playing in the snow is a lot more fun!

In a roundup of casual family photos in November, the Love Again star wrote about how thankful she is for her daughter. “Sometimes I catch myself being in complete awe of the beauty, wonder and love all around me,” Chopra Jonas wrote in an Instagram caption. “This thanksgiving I’m so grateful for health, joy, togetherness and the simple pleasures of life that we tend to take for granted sometimes.”
