Jason Bateman’s Daughter Francesca Looks Like His Mini-Me in an Ultra-Rare Outing Together

Jason Bateman is not only one of our favorite actors to see on our screens, but he’s also one of our favorite celebrity girl dads! While his family isn’t as out and about as other A-list clans, we always love seeing them; and his latest outing with daughter Francesca is one of the sweetest! (Plus, it has everyone saying how she’s his mini-me!)

In case you missed it, on Jan 22, Jason and his rarely seen daughter Francesca had a rare father-daughter outing at the Los Angeles Lakers game. In photos obtained by InStyle, we can see Francesca is literally her papa’s lookalike, from her ultra-dark brown hair to their noses

For those who don’t know, Bateman and his wife, Amanda Anka, actually met in the mid-1980s when they were both just 18 years old. After a decade of friendship, they started dating in 1997, and later married in 2001. They share two daughters together, Francesca, born in 2006, and Maple, born in 2012.

In a recent interview with Esquire, Bateman gave rare insight into his eldest daughter, saying, “My daughter is not anywhere near as gross as I was at the time. I just love seeing her blind confidence. You think it’s all just going to be unicorns and rainbows forever, and then she’ll be a little bit humbled by the practicalities of life and hopefully she’ll come and seek our counsel for that.”

These celebrity fathers are all proud to be “girl dads.”
