This is what I would like to happen (I know it almost certainly won't):
Sign Hugill for circa £4m - £4.5m (with add-ons if neccessary)
Sign Winnall on a season long loan from Sheff Weds (with a view to a permanent deal) if they are prepared to do business - they have an abundance of forwards
Sign Downing - seems like there is good intent from all parties, just need to get it over the line
Sign Flint - deal already done?
Plus two/three prem youngsters on loan (left back, winger and creative midfielder)

If we can do the above, sell Shotton (deal done for £2.5m?),sell Donaldson (£750k - £1m), Tesche (£500k - £750k) and Cotterill (£500k), bringing in £4m - £5m. Jobs a good 'un
