I think we may well see a 442 diamond as the preferred formation from now on for the following reasons:

Harry seems to like 2 up top.

We appear to be signing another central midfielder which leaves us with N'Doye, Davis, Gardner, Onazi, Gleeson, Kief and Tesche and only one winger in Mags (plus Cotterill who looks to be on his way out).

On Tuesday we ended the game with a diamond
Gardner
Gleeson Kief
Tesche

So our midfield could be

N'doye
Gardner Davis
Onazi

Adams and Juke (or other) up top.

Though you would think that Harry would prioritise a left back if that were the case as we would need the fullbacks to provide width.
