I suppose this is a question that I hope Mayor will be able to answer. When you have invisible club owners who don't attend matches or sit down with fans groups, and who are influenced by many non football related matters, such as the fortunes of the HKSE stock market and Chinese culture and morality, how can fans express their utter frustration at how the club is being mismanaged? Do they care if we protest in the car park, send critical emails or even stay away from games? I'd like them to at least realise that their incompetence has a consequence.
