FAO MODS - IPTV (no replies)

Dunno if this is possible or not, but this question comes up pretty much monthly.
Could we get please a sticky thread for setup advice from those ITK.

If this is not possible can someone volunteer info on a decent IPTV STB with recording ability?

I've already got the service running on a smart tv in the house, and I'm very happy with it.
