Given the amount of footballers that have retired in the last 10-20 years, even discounting the ones who’ve become managers/coaches and the ones who simply want to do something non-football related, I cannot believe that Clinton Morrison is the best available. I like Clinton, he was decent for us but he is one of the worst pundits I have ever seen. I’m perplexed every time I see him on the screen, struggling to string two sentences together, offering up nothing more incisive than ‘yeah, he’s a good player’.
EFL highlights are hard to comprise into a single show but feck me, Channel 5 haven’t got a clue.
