What formation are we gonna go with next season? (4 replies)

Monks always been a fan of the 4 2 3 1 play, we are doing something similar now 4 4 2 with the 2 middle sitting back and Adams and Juke rotating in that no 10 role.

Is he going to stick with the current formation, or is he doing whats best with the players at his disposal?

Should he bring in players next year in to a new formation?

Left back is key, now the team performance has improved Grounds will be back to a low-middle performer. Colin back on the right with Harding as brilliant back up. Central midfield is key too.
