A bit of pace in midfield you say?

Stockdale - 6 - one smart save from a downward header, but his kicking was Kuzscack-esque and he had a couple of wobbly moments
N'sue - 7 - constantly trying to drive us forward, especially 2nd half - yet to show his quality in the final thirds
Grounds - 7 - excellent defensive display against a tricky opponent, but he may as well never cross the halfway line for the (lack of) quality he shows
Morrison - 6 - untroubled before he was injured
Roberts - 6 - another shaky start, yet to see the passing ability that was heralded... Читать дальше...
Radio ratings again?
Or did he actually go to a game?
"I'm the manager of Aston Villa and I expect the fans to boo," Bruce said.
:D
21k again, almost identical to Saturday I'm told.
The fan are behind you Blues, now give us a squad that has a chance to do something special.
Reinforcements needed.
Tonight's attendance is 20,215 (902 away)
The next two weeks will no doubt shape our season so who will come in and out and how will we line up with a fully fit squad.
Pace and creativity needed in the middle of the park and a goal scorer for sure.

Hoping we take a punt on Ravel now - we desperately needed a bit of creativity and flair to break them down tonight. He can do it
After all this hullabaloo with Onazi and Flint, I'm looking forward to waking up tomorrow to the announcement of Carl Jenkinson and Stewart Downing :D
Who were the better team tonight?
Blues or Bolton?
Or nothing in it?
The thing that impressed me most was how Bolton's keeper made that excellent save from Cotterall, seeing it late, after standing around doing nothing for however long.
Onazi & Ravel in
Hopefully a new forward & defender in (loans?)
Shotton can't leave until we sign a replacement
2 out of kieftenbeld, Tesche & Gleeson to leave.
and Brock if hes still here :D
I certainly don't think they could honestly claim they attempted to win that football match. Not if they were being honest. At least in the second half Blues looked like they were giving it a bit of a bash.
0-0 a more than fair result.
To be fair to them, they had the better chances.
Reading's 1st given thanks to goal line technology. Thank f*ck Reading have better floodlights than us :D
It was the classic bore draw! 0.0 was totally deserved final score
Cotterill has clearly been 'told' to play inside. STFU.
McMahon wasn't it ray from memory who Noel Blake then butted and Gary new on said he had it on tape!
Kro
Scores his fourth of the season. Blues fan signed on a free. I know we could say this about so many but why were we not in for him? Pace, trickery, goals.
And my mate Charlie who coached him as a teenager says he dreamt of playing for Arsenal
I reckon there was legitimately 15 minutes of injury time that could have been played
The bloke on WM, standing in for Franksey, reckoned that Bolton would be disappointed not to win. What a load of crap. They were more than happy to settle for the point right from the off.
