Watching a programme about vardys non league academy, this is somewhere we should be looking at unearthing a gem. Just had josh mceachran of Brentford's younger brother Zac on here an he is exactly what we need, ball playing centre mid (similar to his brother) and only 22. Only reason he's not playing for a bigger team is because he give up at a younger age, should definitely be looking at these players

Individual players from Basingstoke, Barrow, Brentford or Barcelona won't make much difference to our plight now. Midfield needs improving granted but the most important thing we can do now to give us any hope is to foster some sort of team spirit, camaraderie and fight or to get someone who is capable of creating it. From now till May its all about mentality and resilience.

My first post. I've read with interest the many differing views and see just how the workings of TTA are, not only destabilising the club, but splitting our loyal supporters. Is the answer rolling the dice on yet another manager,completely replacing the ' higherarchie' meaning, Vetere, Dein and Ren aswell as Cottrell, or stick to the statement put out on Sat morning, backing Cottrell.
