If we get relegated this season, we deserve it both because of the performances of the players on the pitch, and the decisions that the board has made in disrupting an on-field operation that was getting results out of those personnel.
Yes, I trust in Knighthead for the future of this club an taking us on to bigger and better things, but eff me do I hope they have learned some harsh lessons from this season. This is their debacle.
But they fixed the Rooney mistake relatively quickly. The real sucker punch is the momentum that we lost when Mowbray got ill, and I just can't see how they or anyone can be blamed for that.
