I've seen it mentioned we will be looking for young players, hungry to improve and eventually sell them on for a profit.

So far the majority of the players we have been credibly linked with are not what you would call young. Hungry maybe.

The likes of BOS, Gray, Furuhashi, Fujimoto are all late 20s. This is not at all "old" but in footballing terms they are probably closer to the end than the start. Especially Gray and Furuhashi. Exceptions for the likes of Beadle and Doyle.

I'm not bothered with a players age personally. I want the best team we can possibly assemble but understand the importance of having young, valuable talent.

I'm just surprised we have been linked with so many players of a certain age. Doesn't seem to fit the so called buy low, sell high strategy.

For the record I would be very happy to sign Gray and Kyogo.
