Just reading the reviews on this and looks promising, I think I will invest in one , cheers.

I know one or two have also mentioned the foot spa and again that’s a great help but must be warm water type . This along with wearing socks in bed & warm massages can improve blood flow to the injured tissues. It’s all about keeping those inflamed tissues warm as they hate the cold.
In my experience and I’m sure anyone qualified in foot care will tell you that PF insoles are a helping remedy too.
