Ellen Ellard's polished performance last night sets a hosting standard which we should strive for at all future events, announcements and milestones of any significance.
Was there last night and the growing professionalism within that room and both the individual and collective contributions trumpeting the Birmingham City brand consigns just about every other previous regime to a dusty corner.
Thanks to Tom Ross for his loyalty and dedication but time to go Tom. You can't earn the clicks which Knighthead demand.
