One of the big hints for me is that on several occasions the amount of people that travel past the new stadium via rail has been mentioned and at the open house they mentioned how many will also fly over the sports quarter and the commercial opportunities that can bring.
Someone on X made a great post of what they believe might be part of the stadium design and it makes sense and would be a huge revenue stream if it was part of the plan. The lad who made the X post works in the LED industry.
