What difference would it make though?

They would still pour from and use the keg until it was empty. Knowing a keg is running low doesnt speed things up other than getting another one close to the location (it's probably H&S though to keep kegs where they are stored until the need to change and then bring the empty one so there isn’t a build up of kegs on the floor in the bar area)

The issue is the actual keg change itself. They need to have a system of using one tap till its empty and then move to a different one so that they can be swapped and keep alternating.
