Layer Riad was in a nice area, but a terrible ground.
Lots of the terrace was just taped off.
It was not obvious why the taped off bit was unusable. It didn't look better or worse thsn the open areas.
Most of the groud I've not been to we haven't played at or at least not since I had enough cash to go to away games regularly.
I did miss the opportunity to go to Bradford, but I was living in London at the time. It's a long way and I wasn't going everywhere at the time and expected us to play there again by now.
Worst ground: Harrow. (Close th where I lived)
I did see Darlington v Swansea at Feethams. My brother was at uni in Durham and we went to Darlington ince. They were top two in Div 3 (tier4) I think. Good game 1-1 draw I think.
It was an odd ground. Entry through the cricket club. One stand miles away from the others.
It is a shame Darlington were wrecked.
