Biden: Communism is a failed system…I don’t see Socialism as a good substitute, but that’s another story

Biden was put on the spot during a press conference with German Chancellor Merkel and “forced” to denounce Communism, as the Washington Post and other media reported.

Biden had been criticized for not publicly denouncing Socialism and Communism. He had before his election tweeted a comment that was interpreted by critics as espousing the basics of a Socialist society.

“Communism is a failed system, universally failed system. I don’t see socialism as a very useful substitute, but that’s another story,” Biden said

AS for Cuba, giving aid is not scheduled at this time because of the Cuban block on virtual messaging.
