Commuters in the west metro cities of Orono and Long Lake will find a number of roads closed on Thursday when services for fallen Wayzata police officer William Matthews will be held. Matthews was struck and killed by a motorist last week as he cleared debris from the eastbound lanes of Hwy. 12 near Central Avenue.
