Semi rollover in I-35W construction zone leads to traffic tie-ups in downtown Minneapolis

A semitractor trailer rolled over in the construction zone Interstate 35W in Minneapolis, forcing the Minnesota Department of Transportation to close the southbound lanes between Washington Avenue and 26th Street.
