Ahead of new iPhone launch, Piper Jaffray raises price target on Apple

Apple shares are up nearly 40 percent since the launch of the last iPhone. Piper Jaffray analyst Michael Olson isn't predicting another big jump like that, but he says iPhone sales are likely to be better than other analysts are predicting.
