Gophers back Rodney Smith says knee is 'close to 100 percent'

Gophers coach P.J. Fleck limited Rodney Smith's reps in spring practices but said the redshirt senior is cleared to play, while Shannon Brooks, also recovering from a knee injury, will be ready "very shortly."
