Maud Borup expanding southern Minnesota candy factory

Plymouth-based Maud Borup, the century-old candy and food gift company, will break ground in December on a $5.5 million expansion of its LeCenter manufacturing plant and warehouse that should increase employment from 120 to 150 next year.
