State releases guidelines on graduation ceremonies for Minnesota schools

The guidelines recommend that schools planning car parades or parking lot ceremonies ask participants to arrive in separate vehicles, and keep all ceremonies brief. Ceremonies will not be allowed indoors or in football stadiums.
