Evers orders Juneteenth flag flown over Wisconsin Capitol

The Juneteenth flag celebrating the a day that commemorates the end of slavery in the U.S. will fly over the Wisconsin Capitol for the first time in state history, Gov. Tony Evers announced Wednesday.
